This year, to celebrate Easter, Executive Pastry Chef Julien Alvarez unveils an exclusive creation: a romantic signature egg that captures the spirit of spring. This exceptional chocolate egg is dressed in soft shades of blue, green and yellow, the colors of spring. It's adorned with gourmet flowers, made from the now-ubiquitous Eugenie flowers in a range of sizes and colors. The petals of these Eugenies are pearls of chocolate-covered dried fruit. But that's not all. With an outer shell of white chocolate and an inner shell of intense dark chocolate, the signature egg has a gourmet surprise at its heart: the Lala rabbit, covered in milk chocolate and topped with marshmallow, nestles in the center of this chocolate masterpiece.
