Epiphanie 2025 at Ladurée

This year, Julien Alvarez wanted to explore new horizons with his signature galettes, giving birth to three crowns of kings and a frangipane macaron, each revealing a touch of originality and refinement.
On a flaky brioche base, Ladurée's Crown of Kings collection deploys a whole range of gourmet flavors.
Three exclusive recipes:
- Couronne chocolat: Puff pastry brioche, almond cream with chocolate chips and dried fruit, Guanaia heart ganache, cocoa nougatine.
- Couronne Ispahan: Puff pastry, rose almond cream, fresh raspberries, rose raspberry jam, pink praline streusel.
- Couronne pomme: Puff pastry, hazelnut/buckwheat almond cream, baked apples, caramel and roasted buckwheat seeds.

Frangipane macaron: two almond macaroon shells, topped with an almond cremeux and a hint of rum. A frangipane galette in a mini format!
