Discover the exclusive Ispahans collection of 5 new recipes.
From 21 June to 4 July 2023, (re) discover the Ispahan in a whole new way with 5 new creations created by Ladurée's international chefs.

For 15 days, succumb to 5 ultimate delicacies:
- Ispabricot: apricot and rosemary confit, soft apricot and caramelised almonds.
- Ispananas: pineapple passion fruit compote, cardamom ganache, lime and pineapple cardamom fruit paste.
- Ispachoco: hazelnut ganache, hazelnut heart, yellow lemon, milk chocolate tuile and caramelised hazelnuts.
- Ispacassis-violette: violet cream, blackcurrant confit and fresh blackberries.
- Ispacitron-coco: coconut ganache, white sesame praline heart and lime confit.
- And the essential rose-flavoured Ispahan, topped with fresh raspberries and lychees.
